All our in stock puzzles ship North America within 1-2 days. International orders may need 1-5 days to process. We use both the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Fed Ex shipping for your convenient choice of shipping time frames and costs.

If you wish to receive a time sensitive package such as a birthday or Christmas presents. To avoid any disappointment we suggest Fed Ex service with full tracking.

Recycling
JigZoneShop recognizes the importance of shipping your items so that they arrive in perfect condition and we use a variety of packaging materials to protect the products you have ordered. However, we also care about the environment, as do many of our customers. That is why, we make sure our packaging materials are recycled and made from recycled materials themselves.
Returns
JigZoneShop will gladly provide a refund for your order within 30 days of receipt. The purchased item must be in its original packaging and unopened. Please contact us via email for a Returns Number and return postal address. Any order arriving without a Returns Number will not be preprocessed. Once the returned item is received in our warehouse, we will issue you a credit for the cost of the item. We do not refund charges for shipping. Please include your order number with your shipment.
Defective or Damaged Item JigZoneShop will gladly refund or replace any defective merchandise. You will receive a full refund (including shipping charges) or replacement within 10 days of receipt.
